Meet Collin Manning

Collin Manning’s professional journey is deeply rooted in the New England area, beginning at Boston College, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 2018. Driven by a passion for the law, he continued his education at Boston College Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2021. Immediately following law school, Collin served as a Law Clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Trial Court Law Clerk Department. In this prestigious role, he worked closely with Trial Court Judges, researching complex legal issues and drafting formal legal opinions for publication, which provided him with a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on judicial decision-making.

Following his clerkship, Collin transitioned into private practice and sharpened his litigation skills at a large regional defense firm. He defended a wide range of general liability matters across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, focusing specifically on motor vehicle personal injury and premises liability suits. His career also includes significant experience as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company. During this time, he represented insured clients in numerous jury trials within the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts. This extensive background in defense and trial work allowed him to master every facet of litigation, from initial investigations and discovery to alternative dispute resolution and courtroom advocacy.

Today, Collin is a dedicated advocate for individuals at the Morgan & Morgan office in Boston. He utilizes the invaluable insights and knowledge he gained while working on the defense side to build the strongest possible cases for those he represents. By understanding the strategies and internal processes used by insurance companies, he is able to navigate the legal system with a strategic advantage. Collin is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients, ensuring they receive the support and justice they deserve during their recovery.
