Meet Coleby Andrew Davis
Coleby Davis is a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Miami office, where he represents individuals who have been injured in auto accidents due to the negligence of others. His practice focuses on guiding his clients and advocating on their behalf throughout the pre-suit process.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Coleby practiced at a boutique South Florida personal injury law firm, where he represented injured clients throughout both the pre-suit and litigation stages of their cases. His experience includes negotiating settlements with insurance companies, conducting depositions, preparing and arguing motions, managing discovery, drafting demands, addressing clients' concerns, and advocating for clients throughout the litigation process. Having worked in both pre-suit and litigation, he brings a comprehensive understanding of personal injury claims to his practice.
Coleby earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Before attending law school, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah, majoring in Spanish, Latin American Studies, and International Studies. In recognition of his academic achievements, he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest collegiate honor society.
