Meet Christopher H. Lee
Christopher (Chris) Lee leads the Jacksonville office of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group. Mr. Lee handles a wide variety of complex business litigation on a contingency-fee-basis, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate matters, professional malpractice, construction litigation, and more. He regularly handles matters in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Lee has handled complex litigation in both Delaware and Florida for almost 20 years. From 2017-2020, Mr. Lee was the Managing Partner of one of Delaware's oldest and most respected law firms. He also has experience as the Chief Legal Officer of a private equity real estate company specializing in multifamily assets and real estate development.
Mr. Lee has been rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, which represents the highest rating an attorney can receive from his peers. Mr. Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Clemson University in 2001, and his law degree from the Delaware Law School in 2008, where he competed nationally on the Moe Levine Trial Team and the Moot Court Honor Society. He was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
Mr. Lee serves as an Advisory Board member for the Make-a-Wish Central and Northern Florida, Northeast Region. In his free time, Mr. Lee enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
