Meet Christina Benitez
Christina Benitez began her academic journey at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where she graduated in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. Passionate about advocacy, she continued her studies at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, earning her Juris Doctorate in May 2013. During law school, Christina focused early on litigation, clerking on complex medical malpractice matters to build a strong practical foundation before entering the courtroom.
Following her admission to the bar in 2013, Christina dedicated over a decade to the practice of civil litigation and insurance defense in Florida, managing complex medical malpractice actions from pre-suit investigation through depositions, mediation, and trial. Known for her tireless work ethic and strategic insight, she quickly rose to Partner. Over the course of her extensive practice, she developed an intricate understanding of how healthcare organizations and defense teams evaluate cases, ultimately earning honors in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for both Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Law.
Today, Christina brings more than a decade of high-stakes litigation experience to the Morgan & Morgan team in St. Petersburg, Florida. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she draws on her extensive background and litigation experience to advocate for everyday individuals and families affected by medical negligence.
