Meet Carter Weathington
Carter Weathington built a strong academic foundation for his legal career, earning his law degree with honors. From the start of his studies, he developed a deep passion for courtroom advocacy and civil litigation, focusing his energy on understanding the complex legal frameworks surrounding high stakes liability claims.
Following graduation, Carter launched his career in civil defense litigation, spending several formative years representing corporations, hospitals, physicians, and insurance carriers. In this role, he handled an extensive array of matters involving serious personal injury, medical malpractice, negligent security, and wrongful death. He went on to spend five years immersed in complex medical malpractice litigation, mastering the fine details of medical records, expert testimony, and defense evaluation strategies while defending healthcare providers and institutions.
Recognizing the powerful difference that skilled advocacy makes for everyday people, Carter chose to pivot his career entirely toward championing injured individuals and their families. Today, he draws on that comprehensive defense background to represent clients facing catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, commercial trucking collisions, and premises liability claims. His behind the scenes insight into how insurers and corporate defense teams evaluate risk allows him to build proactive, airtight strategies that anticipate opposing maneuvers before they happen.
