Meet Caroline Brooks
Caroline Brooks is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Atlanta office, where she focuses on medical malpractice. She approaches each case with empathy and a strong understanding that clients often come to the legal system during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives.
Caroline earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia, completing her undergraduate education in just two years and graduating as a First Honor Graduate. She then attended Emory University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Following law school, Caroline was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
Caroline’s interest in advocacy is rooted in her desire to help individuals navigate a legal system that can often feel overwhelming, particularly when they are also confronting the consequences of serious medical injuries. In her work, she brings compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to understanding each client’s individual circumstances. She strives to ensure that her clients feel heard and supported while pursuing accountability on their behalf.
Now at Morgan & Morgan, Caroline is proud to advocate for individuals and families facing the often life-altering consequences of medical negligence and to help them seek the answers and justice they deserve.
