Meet Brian Subin

Brian Subin was born and raised in Pinehurst, North Carolina, growing up as the youngest of four boys in a busy, active household. From an early age, he developed a deep love for staying active and participating in sports, a passion that continues today through his regular games of golf, tennis, and pickleball. When he is not on the court himself, Brian is an avid sports fan who can always be found cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, the Atlanta Braves, and the Carolina Panthers. He is also a passionate movie buff with a fun personal goal to watch every single film on the ever-changing IMDb Top 250 list.

Following high school, Brian headed to the University of Georgia for his undergraduate studies, where he excelled academically. He focused his education on Economics and International Business while minoring in Spanish and earning a specialized certificate in legal studies. Brian ultimately graduated magna cum laude from the university, laying an incredibly strong academic and analytical foundation for his future career in advocacy.

Driven to build upon his success, Brian decided to stay in Athens for his legal education, officially becoming a proud Double Dawg at the University of Georgia School of Law. During his time in law school, he fully immersed himself in courtroom prep and leadership, participating on the mock trial team, serving as the president of the Student Chapter of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and joining the Clarke Carley Inn of Court. For Brian, entering the legal profession was a natural calling, as the law truly runs in his family with his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and two of his brothers all working as attorneys.

Growing up surrounded by a family of dedicated lawyers, Brian saw firsthand how legal advocates have the unique power to speak for those with a muted voice and lift up individuals who have been wronged. Today, he carries that same noble aspiration into his own practice, dedicating his career to helping as many people as possible. Brian firmly believes in the profound importance of everyday people having their day in court, and he makes it his ultimate goal to ensure his clients have the opportunity to stand tall, face the system, and successfully tell their stories.
