Brian Brumfield’s professional journey began at the College of Charleston, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications. This unique background provided him with a strong foundation in strategic messaging and interpersonal relations, skills that would prove essential throughout his future legal career. Driven to enter the legal field, he went on to attend the Florida State University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Armed with an excellent education, Brian set out to build a diverse and far-reaching legal practice.

Over the course of his twenty-three years as an attorney, Brian has developed a remarkably broad scope of practice and achieved impressive jurisdictional versatility. He successfully expanded his reach across the country, earning admission to practice law in Georgia, Florida, California, Washington, and the District of Columbia. His federal court credentials are equally extensive, including admissions to the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central District Courts of California. Throughout his distinguished career, Brian has handled an array of legal matters, spanning business law, real estate, products liability, and personal injury. He even operated his own successful law practice and represented celebrity clients in high-profile entertainment-related matters.

This extensive background has given Brian a mastery of every stage of the legal process. His experience includes guiding clients from the initial pre-suit phase all the way through active litigation, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, and meticulous trial preparation. Today, Brian serves as a dedicated Trial Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, with a specific emphasis on premises liability and automobile cases.
