Meet Bri Salley

Bri Salley is a South Carolina attorney who combines technical legal skill with genuine compassion to advocate effectively for her clients. For Bri the role of an attorney is about far more than evaluating a case file - it is about being a supportive, transparent, available, and genuine advocate for individuals navigating challenging legal situations. As an attorney at Morgan & Morgan, Bri focuses her practice on General Liability and is based out of the Charleston, SC office.

Originally born and raised in New England, Bri moved to Athens, GA while in middle school, and later attended The University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising. During college, Bri spent a season in New York City, working for fashion brands owned and curated by Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen. Initially drawn to the law by legal issues surrounding the fashion industry, Bri decided to attend Charleston School of Law, graduating in 2019 and passing the bar the same year.

Bri brings a strong foundation of courtroom, pre-litigation and litigation experience to her practice. Her legal background spans both criminal and civil practice. Bri began her legal career as an Assistant Solicitor in Charleston prosecuting General Sessions criminal cases, which gave her extensive  courtroom, trial, and case evaluation experience. Additionally, Bri had the honor of assisting with the Charleston County Adult Drug Court program, where she supported the Solicitor's Office in its shared mission with the Charleston Probate Court to help charged individuals rehabilitate themselves. After her time as Assistant Solicitor, Bri transitioned into civil practice and served as the lead attorney handling client intake for matters such as personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and civil rights. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Bri represented clients in consumer debt resolution matters.

Outside of the office, Bri enjoys spending time with her husband, Joshua, and their two young daughters. On the weekends you may find Bri enjoying the local beach scene, thrifting home decor, or out and about with her family and friends.
