Meet Brett Windecker
Brett Windecker’s academic journey began at Eastern Michigan University, where he completed his undergraduate studies and graduated in 2011. Driven by a commitment to the legal profession, he then attended the University of Toledo College of Law. During his time in law school, he focused on building a strong foundation in advocacy and legal theory, ultimately earning his Juris Doctor in 2014. These formative years provided him with the tools and determination to return to Michigan and begin a career dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals within his community.
Today, Brett is a highly respected litigator at the Morgan & Morgan office in Detroit, where he handles a wide range of complex matters, including wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, and personal injury. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. His exceptional talent and dedication have been recognized by his peers for several consecutive years, earning him the prestigious Michigan Rising Star award from 2021 through 2025. Whether he is advocating for victims of dog-bite attacks or navigating intricate slip-and-fall cases, Brett remains steadfast in his mission to secure justice and meaningful results for his clients.
