Meet Brandon P. Volk
Brandon Volk is a maritime attorney with Morgan & Morgan in the Miami office. Brandon received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida, and earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School, where he graduated with a Certificate of Specialization in Maritime Law and was recognized as a top scholar in Marine Insurance and Towage & Offshore Services.
Brandon's legal practice focuses on representing people injured onboard vessels, adjacent to vessels, and in connection with vessels. He handles maritime injury claims of all kinds, from cruise ship passengers and boating collision victims to commercial crewmembers injured on yachts, tugs, barges, offshore vessels, and everything in between.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Brandon represented shipowners, marine insurers, tug operators, and cruise lines at top maritime defense firms in Florida and Louisiana. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how the defense works, and how to beat them at their own game. Brandon then spent years working at several maritime plaintiff's firms, where he developed and refined his skills to fight for injury claimants.
What makes Mr. Volk stand out isn’t just his maritime knowledge; it’s how he shows up for his clients. His background, energy, and direct communication style create a rare connection with the people he represents. He doesn’t talk in circles or hide behind legal jargon. He tells it like it is, puts in the work, and fights hard, because he knows what’s on the line.
