Brandon, a Florida native, is a personal injury lawyer based in Orlando, Florida. As a personal injury lawyer he specializes in cases such as premise liability, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, defective products, auto accidents, negligent security, and other injuries which result from the acts or omissions of others. Brandon was born in Tampa, Florida. He remained in Tampa through college, attending the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on antiquities. Brandon graduated with Honors in 2012. Brandon then relocated to Orlando to attend Florida A&M University College of Law. While attending law school, Brandon received the Book Award Partnership Tax, Book Award Florida Practice, Book Award Constitutional Law: First Amendment, and authored a faculty research project, Lochner v. New York: An Approach at Moderation.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Smith worked for a defense firm in Orlando, Florida defending insurance companies, businesses, trucking companies, and commercial carriers. In this role he handled countless catastrophic personal injury claims, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, dental malpractice, nursing home, automobile, and trucking negligence claims.

In March of 2020, Brandon joined the Orlando office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. where he currently focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. Brandon provides aggressive representation while maintaining compassion for his clients.
