Brandon Boyle

Associate Attorney

Brandon Boyle is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Charleston, South Carolina office. A South Carolina native from Horry County, he graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2020 and earned his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, and minored in History and Pre-Law. He then attended the Charleston School of Law where he graduated with his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in December 2022.

During law school, Brandon was employed for two years as a law clerk at a Charleston firm where he was able to gain hands on experience. He was also an active member of the Charleston Law Review and Trial Advocacy Board which allowed him to advance his writing and advocacy skills. Additionally, he was recognized as being on the Dean’s List multiple semesters and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal Procedure & Specialized Legal Research: South Carolina Law. At the conclusion of his law school journey during the December 2022 graduation ceremony, he was one of two graduates to be inducted into the Forensic Club. The school’s faculty selected Brandon for this honor based upon his academic commitment, demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and public service.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Brandon served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael G. Nettles. In this position, Brandon was able to gain invaluable insight into judicial decision making process, the South Carolina court system, and observe numerous trials and motion hearings. As a lifelong resident of South Carolina, Brandon has a deep connection to the local community and is dedicated to advocating for those who have been injured at the hands of wrongdoers.

Brandon and his wife, Megan, are proud to call the Lowcountry their home. Outside of his legal career, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going to the beach, and exploring the great restaurants and history that Charleston has to offer.
