Meet Bethlehem D. Buchanan
Bethlehem “Beth” Buchanan is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Atlanta office. Her practice is uniquely informed by her extensive experience as a healthcare professional, giving her an invaluable perspective on personal injury law and complex medical claims.
Beth began her academic journey at Texas A&M University, followed by earning her Doctorate at Cleveland Chiropractic College and completing the Master of Science curriculum in Sport Health Science at Life University.
For more than a decade, she served as a Clinical Director within a network of multidisciplinary clinics in Atlanta. In this role, she balanced clinic management with direct patient care, specializing in the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of acute spinal and musculoskeletal injuries. This extensive clinical background uniquely equips Beth to evaluate injury claims with precision and advocate effectively for her clients.
Driven by a deep-seated calling to advocate for injured individuals when they are at their most vulnerable, Beth’s focus expanded beyond clinical care. Her passion for legal advocacy grew directly from her work counseling professional athletes, through the complexities of professional sports disability programs, including line-of-duty, total and permanent, and Social Security disability claims. Realizing she could effect the greatest change for people by defending their rights in the legal system, she went on to earn her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Now at Morgan & Morgan, Beth applies her cross-disciplinary expertise to bring dedicated advocacy to fight For The People, ensuring injured individuals receive the comprehensive advocacy they deserve.
Based in Atlanta, Beth is deeply rooted in faith, family, and healthy living. She loves staying active, working out, and most of all treasures her time spent at home with her husband, Ray, their children, and their beloved pack of dogs.
