Meet Ben Stanley
Ben Stanley built his legal foundation in Alabama, attending the Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and earning his Juris Doctor in 2023. Immediately after graduating and being admitted to the bar, Ben launched his legal career, serving individuals and families across the Montgomery and Prattville communities. During these early years of practice, he gained hands-on courtroom and negotiation experience, developing a practical, client-centered approach to resolving complex legal disputes.
Today, Ben brings that dedicated local experience to the Morgan & Morgan team at the Montgomery office, where he concentrates his practice on representing people injured in car accidents. Known for his approachable personality and clear communication, Ben understands the physical and financial challenges accident victims face. He takes immense pride in standing up for his neighbors, working diligently to guide them through the recovery process and fighting to ensure they receive the fair compensation they deserve.
