Meet Austin T. Robert
Austin Robert earned his law license in 2020 and dedicated his career to standing up for everyday policyholders in first-party property insurance disputes. From the very beginning of his practice, Austin focused on representing individuals and businesses facing significant property losses and complex coverage disputes. Over the years, he developed extensive experience in federal court litigation, building a strong track record of providing strategic guidance on large-loss claims, mediation, arbitration, and every stage of the litigation process.
Through his determined representation, Austin has routinely negotiated against major insurance carriers in high-value matters, helping secure numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and awards for plaintiffs affected by major disasters such as Hurricanes Laura, Delta, and Ida. Among his notable achievements, he secured a remarkable $5 million settlement for a client in a property claim that the insurance carrier had initially denied in full. Today, Austin brings this wealth of experience and strategic skill to the Morgan & Morgan team. He is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the Eastern District of Tennessee.
In his practice, Austin remains deeply committed to helping clients navigate challenging insurance disputes with confidence, using his proven track record to ensure policyholders receive full justice and fair compensation. Outside of the office, Austin enjoys a warm and fulfilling family life. He resides in Knoxville, Tennessee, with his wife, Rebekah, and their young son, Liam.
