Meet Aurelia McBride

Aurelia McBride was born and raised in Memphis, developing an early appreciation for her hometown and a strong desire to serve the community that shaped who she is. Paving the way as the first attorney in her family, she began her higher education at Vanderbilt University, graduating in 2012. Aurelia then returned home to Memphis to attend the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school, she actively engaged in experiential learning, notably serving in the Child and Family Litigation Clinic where she assisted with the preparation and presentation of dependency and neglect cases before the Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County.

Following her graduation and admission to the Tennessee Bar in 2015, Aurelia launched her legal career in Memphis, stepping directly into litigation. Over the years, she built a versatile and distinguished track record spanning private practice, state government, and the federal government. This multifaceted background provided her with deep insight into complex regulatory structures, government operations, and nuanced trial tactics from multiple angles of the legal system, sharpening her instincts as a persuasive courtroom advocate.

Today, Aurelia brings that wealth of experience, broad legal perspective, and energetic focus to the Morgan & Morgan team in Memphis. Dedicated to advocating for everyday people, she combines rigorous preparation with a warm, compassionate approach that puts her clients at ease during difficult times. Outside of the courtroom, Aurelia is a devoted wife and mother as well as a passionate Pilates instructor, staying active and remaining deeply invested in giving back to her community and making a lasting, positive difference for families across Memphis.
