Meet Anneke Saltzstein

Anneke Saltzstein is a Senior Litigation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan with more than 20 years of experience representing consumers and injured Californians against well financed corporate interests.

She built her foundation in complex litigation at a prominent plaintiffs’ firm in Los Angeles, where she litigated numerous high-stakes class actions on behalf of homeowners and consumers nationwide, including the landmark Chinese drywall litigation and major defect cases against window manufacturers. She has also obtained numerous settlements in mass tort litigation against manufacturers of defective products and companies that marketed prescription drugs, dietary supplements, and beauty products with false and misleading claims.

Before the age of 30, she secured a $24 million resolution in one of her first cases. Over her career, she has settled more than 100 cases for over $1,000,000 each, many under confidential terms.

Her work has been recognized by her peers. She has been nominated for Super Lawyers nine times, in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2024, and 2025, and in 2026 she was nominated as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in California by The National Trial Lawyers.

Today she handles personal injury litigation across California, with particular strength in policy limits demands, insurance bad faith exposure, deposition strategy, and trial.
