Meet Andrew Gray

Andrew Gray is a litigation attorney with Morgan & Morgan, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death cases in Arizona.

At the University of Illinois College of Law, Mr. Gray was the premier trial advocate. Mr. Gray earned the highest grade in every advanced trial advocacy course: Advanced Civil Trial Advocacy, Advanced Criminal Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy: Business Litigation, Advanced Courtroom Evidence, and the Mirza Trial Academy,  a week-long program held in the law offices of Winston & Strawn and taught by leading members of the Chicago litigation community.

Mr. Gray competed on the University of Illinois College of Law trial team, where, in his last year, he was named Best Overall Advocate at the National Ethics Trial Competition, and as a second-year, he led his team to the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition Nationals for the first time in the school’s history. He was also voted by his peers to be awarded the title of the Best Overall Trial Team Member.

In recognition of his achievements on the trial team and in the classroom, Mr. Gray was awarded the Rickert Award for Advocacy, one of the most prestigious honors given by the College of Law to a select group of students who have demonstrated a deep commitment to advocating for others.

As he continues his journey as an attorney, Mr. Gray remains driven to advocate fiercely and effectively for his clients, with the goal of becoming the best trial attorney he can be.
