Meet Amy Vandeloo
Amy Vandeloo began her educational journey in Texas, earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. This strong financial foundation provided her with exceptional analytical skills that continue to inform her strategic legal analysis today. Driven to pursue a career in courtroom advocacy, Amy then attended the Texas Tech University School of Law, where she excelled academically and graduated in the top 10 percent of her class, earning her Juris Doctor.
Upon earning her license to practice law in Texas in 2002, Amy launched her legal career at a national firm in Dallas, where she focused on complex business litigation. In 2005, she transitioned into personal injury defense with a major national auto insurer, stepping into the role of Regional Litigation Manager. Over the next eight years, she led teams of attorneys and paralegals across the state while overseeing complex automobile accident litigation. This pivotal corporate defense experience gave Amy valuable, high-level insight into how insurance companies evaluate risk, manage claims, and approach trials.
Building on that deep industry background, Amy established her own personal injury law firm in 2013, shifting her focus entirely to advocating for individuals. As the owner and lead attorney, she successfully guided clients through every stage of the legal process, from initial settlement negotiations and mediations to complex jury trials. During this time, she also earned certification as a Texas Certified Mediator, further expanding her ability to resolve high-stakes disputes through skilled negotiation and strategic problem-solving.
In 2026, Amy brought her more than two decades of litigation leadership and insider insurance knowledge to Morgan & Morgan’s Houston office, where she now represents individuals injured in car and motorcycle accidents. Throughout her distinguished career, Amy has built a reputation for meticulous preparation, warm client care, and a relentless drive to secure favorable outcomes. Outside of her legal practice, she remains deeply committed to empowering everyday Texas families with the dedicated advocacy and clear guidance they need to move forward with confidence.
