Meet Alvin J. Quilez
Alvin Quilez began his academic journey in South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University. Driven by a desire to advocate for others, he went on to pursue his legal education at the St. Thomas University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor and developed a strong foundation in legal strategy. Upon admission to the Florida bar, he launched his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender, representing clients in a wide range of criminal matters while building sharp courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
Following his time as a public defender, Alvin transitioned into private practice to expand his litigation expertise. He handled diverse civil litigation matters involving insurance defense, real estate disputes, construction litigation, and homeowners association issues. Working on insurance defense gave him an invaluable behind-the-scenes look at how insurance companies evaluate, investigate, and manage claims. This broad background across both criminal and civil law equipped him with a highly strategic, well-rounded perspective on handling complex legal challenges.
Today, Alvin channels his extensive litigation experience and defense insights into his role as a Pre-Litigation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan. Dedicated exclusively to fighting for individuals injured by the negligence of others, he guides clients through every stage of the claims process to protect their rights and pursue the full compensation they deserve. Known for his approachable and responsive communication style, Alvin works tirelessly to make the legal journey as clear and stress-free as possible for families navigating the aftermath of an injury.
Outside of his law practice, Alvin leads an active and fulfilling personal life in Florida. He is an outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time on the water, whether he is out boating or scuba diving. He also enjoys staying fit and making the most of his free time alongside his family and friends.
