Meet Adam Bernstein
Adam Bernstein began his educational journey in Central Florida, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2019. Driven by a passion for courtroom advocacy, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2023. During law school, Adam was an active and dedicated member of the mock trial team, distinguishing himself with a sharp courtroom presence and earning recognition and a prestigious scholarship for his exceptional performance in the Litigation Skills program.
Following law school and his admission to the Florida Bar, Adam launched his legal career as a prosecutor. Serving in public prosecution gave him intensive, high-volume courtroom experience and honed his trial instincts as he advocated for the community. Over the course of his time in prosecution, Adam served as lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials, developing a deep mastery of trial strategy, jury selection, evidence presentation, and courtroom negotiation.
Today, Adam brings his extensive jury-trial experience and sharp litigation background to the Morgan & Morgan Miami office, where he serves as an associate attorney specializing in maritime and admiralty law. He takes pride in offering approachable, empathetic guidance to clients navigating the aftermath of specialized maritime incidents. Utilizing the fierce courtroom skills he built as a trial lawyer, Adam works tirelessly to protect everyday individuals and fight for the full compensation and justice they deserve.
