Meet Aaron Roberson
Aaron Roberson is a Tampa native and an employment lawyer at Morgan & Morgan, where he represents workers whose rights have been violated on the job. His deep roots in the community shaped his belief that working people deserve an advocate who will listen to them, treat them with respect, and stand up for them when their livelihood is on the line.
Those roots run back to Freedom High School in Tampa, where Aaron competed as a dual-sport athlete in football and track. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the trial team.
After law school, Aaron co-founded a firm with his twin brother, Deron Roberson, building a plaintiff-side employment practice devoted to protecting workers and holding employers accountable. That work gave him extensive experience representing employees in claims under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and whistleblower statutes, and he regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor. His advocacy has earned him recognition by Super Lawyers in employment law.
Aaron is married and the proud father of three children. Family runs deep in his life, so much so that he and his brother Deron now fight for working people side by side at Morgan & Morgan. When he is not practicing law, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his family and cheering on his children, nieces, and nephews as they compete in sports.
