The Gardasil vaccine has been linked to various injuries, side effects, and—in worst cases—even death.
Vaccines should be designed to protect patients, not put them in harm’s way. Negligent drug companies who put profits over safety may rush products to market without adequate testing and research, leaving innocent people to suffer the consequences.
Don’t let them get away with it.
If you or someone you love received the Gardasil vaccine between 2020-2023, and are experiencing symptoms believed to be linked to the vaccine, you may be entitled to compensation. Contact Morgan & Morgan for a free, no-obligation case evaluation to learn more about your legal options.

The Health Risks of a Deadly Vaccine
Gardasil is a vaccine developed by Merck & Co. to prevent HPV. The pharmaceutical company obtained approval for Gardasil in 2006 with deceptive research trials that overstated the benefits and understated the risks of the vaccine. Once approved, Merck’s aggressive marketing urged millions of parents to vaccinate their adolescent boys and girls with Gardasil.
Now, thousands of those who received the Gardasil vaccine are experiencing severe adverse health issues, and hundreds have even died due to vaccine complications.
Contrary to how the vaccine is advertised, Gardasil may actually increase the risk of cervical and other cancers, not prevent them. Several studies have found that Gardasil vaccines may promote mutagenetic changes in the virus that can lead to cancer. After the introduction of the HPV Vaccine in Britain, cervical cancer rates among young women aged 25 to 29 increased by 54%.
In Australia, 13 years after Gardasil was released and pushed upon teenagers, there has been a 16% increase in women 25-29 and a 30% increase for women 30-34. Meanwhile, rates are decreasing for older women, who have not been vaccinated.
Recent scientific research has found that Gardasil increases the risk of many long-term side effects related to autoimmune disorders.
Gardasil has also been linked to a myriad of long-term side effects associated with induced-autoimmune diseases, including such dangers as fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, premature ovarian failure, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic regional pain syndrome, migraines, severe headaches, persistent gastrointestinal discomfort, widespread pain of a neuropathic character, encephalitis syndrome, autonomic dysfunction, joint pain, and brain fog.
Many women who developed an autoimmune disease or other serious health conditions, such as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (“POTS”) or premature/primary ovarian failure, have come forward with liability lawsuits against Merck & Co. for fraudulently concealing evidence regarding the health risks of Gardasil while falsely promoting it as a vaccine that can prevent cervical cancer.
The claims against Merck in a Gardasil lawsuit include traditional product liability tort claims such as failure to warn, manufacturing defect, and negligence.
If you believe you developed an autoimmune disorder or other health condition from a Gardasil HPV vaccine, don’t hesitate to contact Morgan & Morgan.
