Plaintiff’s vehicle was hit behind by the Defendant, causing his vehicle to be pushed into oncoming traffic.  He underwent a posterior cervical foraminotomy and cervical fusion at C6-7 and developed a severe neck wound infection which necessitated him to undergo surgery again.  Additionally, he sustained injuries to his head, jaw, lumbar spine and right wrist.

15-year-old female suffered both large and small intestine bowel perforation; abdominal muscle tear; L-3 chance fracture; right eye socket fracture; cheek bones fractures; and vision loss as a result of an accident on the Florida turnpike.

40-year-old male with pre-existing paraplegia sustained severe low back injury while being transported in handicap van.

Following the unlawful sales of alcohol to a minor by two businesses, the minor driver hit a roadside tree head-on, tragically killing his brother in the front passenger seat. The Defendant claimed that the accident was caused by the Plaintiff's sudden stop. The Plaintiff suffered back injuries, which led to a cervical discectomy and fusion at C5 - C7.

Client was hit head-on in his vehicle by the at-fault party.  He sustained a fractured left wrist, fractured right foot, subdural hematoma on his brain, and cervical spine injury.

55-year-old federal government employee was injured when he was sideswiped on the interstate. Client suffered back injuries, which led to a lumbar two level fusion surgery at L3-L4, L4-L5 and Achilles tendon surgical repair. Lost $32,000 in wages.

43-year-old male involved in accident with British tourist renting a Hertz vehicle.  Plaintiff suffered fractured femur with surgery to insert rods in leg.

53-year-old male was the victim of a rear end hit-and-run accident and as a result underwent a cervical fusion and carpal tunnel surgery.
