When you dial #LAW to access this service, the first thing you can expect is a greeting from one our experienced Case Control Specialists. They will ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of your potential claim and where you’re located. This conversation usually lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, but the members of our Case Control Department will happily answer all your questions regardless of how long it takes.

After your conversation with one of our Case Control Specialists, your claim will be forwarded to the department that handles claims just like yours. For example, if you were injured at work, your claim will be sent to the workers compensation department, and if you were injured in a car accident, your claim will be directed to the department that handles car accident claims.

Once your case reaches the appropriate department, the department head assigns it to the local attorney best suited to handle you case. Then, your attorney and their team gets to work on fighting for you.
