Rybelsus Lawsuit

Rybelsus is the proprietary term for semaglutide, a prescription drug primarily used to manage type 2 diabetes. The drug helps manage blood sugar levels when coupled with proper diet and regular exercise.

The Food and Drug Administration granted its seal of approval to Rybelsus in 2019. But now, new reports have emerged that this drug is the reason some users experience serious stomach problems, most notably gastroparesis.

On top of stomach paralysis, taking Rybelsus increases your risk of experiencing low blood sugar, especially if you have type 2 diabetes, including stomach upset, bloating, nausea, and excessive vomiting. Additionally, in some cases, diarrhea and constipation may occur.
