Mr. Mitnik and Mr. Prysock represented Lyantie Townsend in this lawsuit against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., the second-biggest U.S. cigarette maker. Lyantie Townsend was widowed when her husband Frank died from lung cancer in 1995.

A 27-year-old man suffered multiple broken bones, a shattered jaw and a collapsed lung after he was hit head-on by a pick-up truck going the wrong way on Semoran Boulevard. The accident also left him unable to have children.
