Michelle Parker Case - Missing Florida Mom Michelle Parker

Missing Florida mom Michelle Parker was last seen after dropping off her three-year-old twins at the home of her ex-fiance, Dale Smith, on Nov. 17. While Smith remains the prime suspect in her disappearance, a Florida judge has ordered that the twins return full-time to his custody. To guide them through the legal process in the wake of Parker's disappearance, the family of the missing Florida Mom has retained the services of Morgan and Morgan, with attorney Matt Morgan serving as their representative. These services are being offered pro bono and the firm has also worked with the family to establish a trust, which will not only fund rescue efforts, but also provide for Parker's children. Donations to the Michelle Loree Parker Trust Fund can be made through the 'Donate' button on the right.

Several months before her disappearance, Parker along with Smith taped an episode of "The People's Court," during which the pair disputed over a $5000 engagement ring. During the segment, Parker claimed that she and Smith got into an argument in a hotel and she threw her engagement ring at him. The ring fell nine stories and was unable to be located in the hotel's atrium; the judge ruled that the pair split the cost of the ring. On Nov. 17, the same day as the episode aired on television, Parker vanished.

Following Parker's disappearance, the Department of Children and Families filed a shelter petition, as they suspected the twins were in "imminent danger" due to the father's history of violence with women. During an emergency hearing held on Nov. 30, a judge ruled that there was no probable cause to grant the petition.

With Morgan and Morgan now serving as their legal representatives, Parker's family remains focused on the rescue efforts. To make a donation to the trust established on behalf of Parker and her children, please click the donate button on the upper right.
