Meet Dan Morgan, The Maverick
Dan Morgan is a passionate advocate and innovator. I’ve known Dan since we attended law school together at Stetson College of Law and I realized he possessed special gifts from the beginning.
One of those talents is Dan’s ability to enter any room and connect with anyone, bringing that charisma into the courtroom. He zealously fights for what is right on behalf of his clients and fights until justice is served.
Dan’s drive for firm growth is unmatched, innovating new ways to expand the firm’s message. An avid sports fan, he spent time working for Dallas Maverick owner Mark Cuban and NBA agent Dan Fegan during college, and brought that knowledge and passion to Morgan & Morgan. Creating first-of-a-kind partnerships with organizations like NASCAR and UFC, he also worked for the firm to be among the first brands to partner with college athletes, and is continuously looking to the future for how our firm can reach the next generation in new ways.
Using that ability to connect, Dan is an active proponent for The Morgan Connection, formalizing our relationships with other firms, allowing them to scale their practices while helping hundreds of thousands of clients each year. We’ve sent over $15 million in referral and co-counsel fees so far, and we’re just getting started.
