America’s Largest Personal Injury Law Firm Partners with the Country’s Biggest College Athletes

America’s Largest Personal Injury Law Firm Partners with the Country’s Biggest College Athletes

As of July 1, 2021, student-athletes have finally gained the much-deserved opportunity to benefit financially from their athletic prowess. NCAA and state laws now allow students to profit from their personas, a term in advertising called “NIL” (Name, Image and Likeness). Up until then, NIL has only pertained to professional athletes. The new presence of collegiate NIL has leveled the playing field between student-athletes and the NCAA, whose net profit (pun intended) is in the billions.

Morgan & Morgan is excited to be on the leading edge of college NIL advertising, giving student-athletes the ability to earn a profit from their names, images, and likenesses. We were the first to put college players in uniform on billboards, first to put college players on digital boards in New York’s Times Square, and first to sign deals with potential top 5 NFL draft picks Evan Neal and Jordan Davis.

Partnering with college athletes enables us to connect with fans and reach potential clients in a unique way. NIL allows us a platform that benefits both parties not only through social media, but also with larger-than-life marketing assets such as billboards and truck wraps, something that many other companies in the NIL space just can’t offer.
