Biography Overview

Kenya Reddy is a lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Duke University in 1997 with a degree in political science. In 2000, she received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. 

After graduating from law school, Ms. Reddy served as a law clerk for two years for the Honorable Anne C. Conway, former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She then clerked for a year for the Honorable Charles R. Wilson, United States Circuit Court Judge, Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Following her clerkships, Ms. Reddy joined Carlton Fields, P.A., where she was elected as a shareholder in 2009. Her primary areas of practice were antitrust, complex civil litigation, class action defense, and business litigation. She also has experience in a broad array of other practice areas including labor and employment, products litigation, ERISA and employee benefits law, healthcare, and securities litigation.

After leaving Carlton Fields, Ms. Reddy spent two years clerking for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States District Judge, Middle District of Florida, and another two years clerking for the Honorable Karla R. Spaulding, United States Magistrate Judge, Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Reddy brings her diverse practice experience and extensive federal court background to Morgan & Morgan’s Complex Litigation Group, where she represents consumers in class action litigation.
