Biography Overview

Mr. Washington has dedicated his career to seeking justice for innocent victims. Born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia, his legal aspirations began very early on while working for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm throughout high school and college.

After graduating from Valdosta State University with a focus in legal studies, Mr. Washington attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he received the Best Brief for Plaintiff award. While attending law school, he was a senior law clerk for a personal injury trial firm and an intern at the public defender’s office.

After graduating law school, Mr. Washington represented victims of the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney. As a prosecutor, he litigated over a dozen felony and misdemeanor jury trials, dozens of bench trials and successfully negotiated over a thousand cases. Mr. Washington now uses those valuable trial skills to fight for those injured by the negligence of others. Since 2017, he has recovered millions for injured people.

Mr. Washington is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia, and focuses his practice on automobile negligence, premises liability and dog bites. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, working out, volunteering, attending live concerts and spending time with family and friends.
