Biography Overview

In his 20 years of law practice, Tim Moore has built a reputation as a tenacious, aggressive, intelligent advocate and litigator. Mr. Moore has tried over 50 cases to a jury and more still to judges, arbitrators and administrative agencies sitting as the finders of fact. Mr. Moore’s jury trials include cases involving medical malpractice, gaming, defective products, fires and explosions, premises maintenance and security and catastrophic injuries. He has represented parties in cases as diverse as fire loss, gaming, defective products, union disputes, employment, defamation and abuse of process, divorce, insurance coverage (including claims for failure to defend and/or indemnify), premises security and medical malpractice. He has also served as a mediator and been retained as an expert in the fields of insurance claims handling, insurance coverage and legal malpractice. Mr. Moore has also handled matters in front of the National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Moore has handled all phases of discovery from start to finish, including hundreds of motion hearings and depositions (including depositions of experts in the fields of accident reconstruction, automobile design, biomechanics, construction, economics, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, fire origin and cause, HVAC design and maintenance, kinematics, insurance, life care planning, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, OSHA compliance, pathology, physiatry, plastic surgery, psychology, psychiatry, toxicology and vocational rehabilitation). He has also participated in mock trials and focus groups in cases involving catastrophic injuries. Mr. Moore also has significant experience in propane fires and product safety and design (including product recalls and warnings). Coming to Morgan & Morgan has allowed Mr. Moore to focus his significant experience and work ethic on patients and families the lives of whom have been forever changed by acts of medical negligence.

Mr. Moore has also been honored with the prestigious “AV Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the paramount national publication in the legal field. This rating is based upon evaluations by other attorneys and judges and is the highest rating attainable by an attorney for legal ability and ethics in the practice of law. It is a distinction reserved for a select few in the legal community.

Mr. Moore is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Mississippi (both State and Federal Courts) and New Hampshire.

Mr. Moore is married to Paige Wilkins. Paige is also an attorney. They are the proud parents of twin boys- Conner McAllister Moore and Maddox Dylan “Max” Moore, born in 2010.
