Biography Overview

S. Maxwell ("Max") Karrick is a Premise Liability attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Orlando, Office. A native Floridian, Max grew up in Stuart, before attending Florida Atlantic University for his undergraduate studies. While at FAU, Max received degrees in History, Political Science and Social Science, and was a two year captain of the school's football program. After graduation, Max obtained his Law Degree from the Barry University School of Law in Orlando.

Initially, Max dedicated his legal practice to the victims of violent crimes, as a prosecutor for the Orange and Osceola State Attorney's Office, where he gained extensive litigation experience. Max now uses those skills developed in State and Federal court to fight for the People of Central Florida victimized by the negligence of others.
