James Fakhoury is an attorney in the West Palm Beach office of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, business torts, contract disputes, employment disputes, and security arbitration matters.
Mr. Fakhoury was born in England and moved to the U.S. when he was nine. He received a Bachelor’s from the University of Florida and was on the President’s Honor Roll and Dean’s list throughout undergrad. Additionally, he was in the Delta Chi Fraternity and served as the student government house ambassador.
Mr. Fakhoury received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He made the Dean’s list in law school, as well, and received the Robert S. Baynard Merit Scholarship and a Levin College of Law Merit Scholarship. He was also active in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) during his time at Levin.
Prior to joining the Business Trial Group, he clerked at a firm that represents judges, doctors, and lawyers in complex professional licensing disputes.
Mr. Fakhoury is involved in his local legal community. He is part of the Young Lawyers Section in the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis and trading stocks.
