Biography Overview

Born in LaGrange, David Moskowitz is a Georgia lifer. He attended Emory University for both undergrad and graduate studies, ultimately obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1984. That same year, he was admitted to the Georgia bar, and the following year he was admitted for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia.

An experienced workers’ compensation attorney, Mr. Moskowitz has been a member of several Georgia committees, he is a part of the Workers’ Compensation Claimant Association, and is a frequent lecturer on the topic of workers’ comp.
