Overview:
Scott was born, raised and educated in Florida. A second-generation lawyer, Scott has spent his life immersed in the civil justice system, where he developed a keen interest in consumer protection. Scott handles mass tort, consumer class action litigation and complex commercial litigation for the firm nationwide. He has served as lead class counsel in many class actions in state and Federal Courts around the country where he has obtained millions of dollars in relief for consumers. He also represents thousands of consumers sickened by food-borne illnesses.
