Ryan Hayes

Bio Overview:

Ryan Hayes spent his formative years in South Florida, with many of his roots and values instilled in him from his Boston Irish family never fading including to always take up for the little guy; no matter the cost.  Mr. Hayes attended Florida State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and went on to study under Stetson University College of Law’s renowned Trial Advocacy Program where he secured his Juris Doctorate degree and thus fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming an attorney.

Mr. Hayes began his legal career working for several statewide civil trial defense firms, representing many industry leaders in the insurance, hotel and restaurant industries.  During this time, he saw how little attention was given to those who were injured through no fault of their own and wanted to make a difference.  Mr. Hayes then joined Morgan & Morgan and has been tirelessly making certain that those who have injured his firm’s clients are held accountable.  As with any good chess player, he knows the defenses that will be asserted and how to counter them.  Since joining the firm, Mr. Hayes has resolved that there is no fight too big or too small when the side you are on is right.

As a husband and a father, Mr. Hayes values his family and knows that when a family member is injured through no fault of their own, it is not only the injured who suffers, but also the family.  With an aggressiveness that is unrivaled and an understanding that his clients have put their lives and future into his hands, Mr. Hayes and his team will not rest until those that have injured them are held accountable for their actions.
