Robert L. Hendrix, III (Rob) is an accomplished trial lawyer that has recovered over $10,000,000.00 in benefits for his clients in nearly ten years of practice. Rob focuses his practice entirely on representing injured employees in workers' compensation claims. He has tried cases in front of nearly every Administrative Law Judge in every corner of the State. Additionally, Rob has handled numerous matters through the appellate process beyond the Georgia Court of Appeals and to Georgia Supreme Court. Included in Rob's appellate advocacy is the reported case of Dekalb Board of Education v. Singleton, 294 Ga. App. 96; 668 S.E. 2d 767 (2008), which is landmark in that allowed for an injured employee to receive income benefits for a psychic injury only after the physical injury resolved.

For three straight years, Rob has been named a Georgia Rising Star Super Lawyer. This is an honor recognizing the top 2.5% of attorneys in their practice area that is published in Atlanta Magazine in conjunction with Law & Politics Magazine. Additionally, Rob has been named both a Top 40 Under 40 and a Top 100 in Georgia by The National Trial Lawyers. Rob is a frequent lecturer in the legal field haven presented at nearly every major legal conference involving Georgia workers' compensation law including the Annual ICLE seminar in St. Simon's Island, The Atlanta Bar Association workers'compensation seminar, Workers' Compensation for the General Practitioner, WCCL For Your Eyes Only, GTLA, State Board of Workers' Compensation and Travelers Claims School. In July of 2013, Rob will be lecturing at the annual national convention for the American Association for Justice in San Francisco, California.

Rob is a member of State Bar of Georgia, American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta and The National Trial Lawyers. Further, he serves as a Board Member at Large for the Atlanta Bar Association, Executive Committee for the WCCL and Amicus Curiae committee for the Georgia Legal Foundation.

Personally, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Vicki and their three children Sammy, Harrison and Max. When not practicing law, Rob enjoys following his beloved UGA Bulldogs, traveling to Las Vegas, coaching baseball and working towards his black belt in Hap Ki Do after having served as an assistant Choi Kwang Do instructor.
