Rafael J. Nobo, III

Bio Overview:

Mr. Nobo focuses his practice on representing individuals that have been injured as a result of the negligence of others.  Rafael has represented clients in personal injury cases his entire legal career, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and products liability cases.  

Rafael is a resident of Winter Park, Florida, a native to Central Florida and a fluent Spanish speaker.  Rafael earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida.  His involvement at the University of Florida included being awarded Presidential Recognition for outstanding contribution to the university and the honor of being named a Florida Blue Key member.  After graduating from the University of Florida, Rafael attended law school in Tallahassee, Florida at the Florida State University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2004.  While in law school, Rafael was appointed the position of Attorney General for Florida State University where he was responsible for interpreting and enforcing the statutes and bylaws of the university.

Admitted to practice law in Florida in 2004, Rafael began his career at a prominent law firm in Polk County, Florida representing clients in various personal injury cases.

Rafael was then recruited to join another prominent Central Florida law firm as Partner. Mr. Nobo continued to represent individuals and families that had been seriously injured.

At Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Nobo continues to devote 100% of his time to individuals that have been injured as the result of the negligence of others.
