Bio Overview:

Pete Albanis has been a member of the firm's National Consumer Class Action and Mass Tort Department since 2009. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Albanis spent several years with a large Chicago law firm defending corporations in complex commercial, intellectual property, and securities lawsuits. Currently, he primarily represents homeowners in defective Chinese drywall cases. In addition, he handles other mass tort matters nationwide involving defective products, gross negligence, and strict products liability.

Mr. Albanis is also honored and privileged to represent intellectual property owners in copyright and trademark infringement lawsuits in federal courts throughout the country. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Florida and Illinois and in numerous federal jurisdictions throughout the country.
