Mr. SanGiovanni has more than 25 years of experience in trial practice including personal injury claims and complex state and federal litigation. He continues to serve clients with aggressive representation in claims for personal injuries or death caused by auto accidents, premises liability, slip-and-fall accidents and general negligence.

Mr. SanGiovanni is committed to the highest standards of professionalism and service. He has been elected by his peers several times to serve the profession. He currently serves on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, the governing body for all Florida attorneys. In addition, he serves on the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Professionalism and oversees several ethics boards. Mr. SanGiovanni was elected to serve as President of the Orange County Bar Association and has also served as President of the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, a nationally renowned non-profit organization dedicated to providing free legal services to Central Florida’s low income residents, children and working poor.
