Parasailing is a recreational water activity in which a person is towed behind a boat while attached to a type of parachute called a parasail. When the boat takes off at high speed, the parascender is pulled up into the air and floats behind the boat. Boats must reach at least 90HP in order to parasail, and the boat driver must be cautious and properly trained.
