The Hospital Care Quality Information from the Consumer Perspective (HCAHPS) is a report that provides Lake county residents with actual patient responses to hospital care in Florida. The results are taken from a survey that was randomly distributed to recently discharged patients from numerous hospitals, including LEESBURG REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER in Leesburg, Florida, and other hospitals in Lake county. HCAHPS is meant to enable patients and consumers to make well informed healthcare decisions when comparing Florida hospitals.
