Bio Overview:
As an experienced litigation attorney, Lauren practices in state and federal courts throughout Florida in business litigation disputes including breach of contract claims, unfair trade practices, tortious interference, mortgage foreclosures, intellectual property infringement, electronic discovery, creditors’ rights, construction disputes, banking and financial disputes, and title claims.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, P.A.’s Business Trial Group, Lauren practiced at the law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. in Orlando, Florida from 2003 – 2010 primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights, as well as family law. In addition, Lauren participated in various appeals, including commercial litigation. Lauren brings a balance of compassionate zeal in advocating for her clients’ interests.
