Truck Accident Verdicts

A large tractor-trailer backed up into our client at a speed of 3 m.p.h., resulting in a herniated disc and other related injuries to our client. After a 2-week jury trial, the jury returned a $1.35 million verdict for our client.

61-year-old salesman struck by large delivery truck. He sustained a broken neck in the accident and also underwent anterior cervical discectomy and fusion using bone grafting and plate fixation at C4-7. 

Defendant driving a UPS truck ran the stop sign causing his truck to collide with the front left corner of plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff sustained a C2 fracture on the left, chest contusion, fracture of the right thumb, and collapsed lung.  He underwent cervical epidural injections and ultimately underwent a 3 level anterior cervical diskectomy and fusion using bone grafting and plate fixation at levels C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7.

39-year-old female was t-boned by semi-tractor trailer and was pinned in her vehicle.  As a result of her injuries her treating physician opined that she would need a cervical and lumbosacral spine surgery in the future.

75-year-old single man struck by a dump truck.  Client was diagnosed with soft tissue injuries rendering him unable to play the fiddle which he did his whole life. Insurance company offered $7,500 before trial.

35-year-old married father of two was driving a tow truck and hit on the driver's side. The plaintiff suffered a recurring herniated disc in his lumbar spine.

A 47 year old male who suffered neck and shoulder injuries as a result of a 4-car accident on I-75 involving a dump truck.
