Jason W. Gelinas is a trial attorney practicing out of the Ft. Myers office. Jason’s focus is on commercial trucking, having tried to verdict numerous cases throughout the State of Florida involving serious injuries and wrongful death as a result of commercial truck accidents. Before joining Morgan and Morgan, Jason defended truck drivers and motor carriers, thus he brings experience and unique insight on behalf of Morgan and Morgan clients in pursuing their rights and in seeking damages.

Jason received his undergraduate and law degree from Stetson University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. He is also admitted to practice in federal court in the United States Southern District.
