Bio Overview:
Gregory J. Bosseler is a trial attorney specializing in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases in the Fort Myers office. Mr. Bosseler was born in Miami, Florida in 1968 and was educated in the Public School System in Miami-Dade County, graduating from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1986. Mr. Bosseler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. Mr. Bosseler has resided in Fort Myers since 1994 and has tried numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases to verdict throughout the State. Mr. Bosseler is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Lee County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and previously was the Chairman of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit’s Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee.
Currently, Mr. Bosseler serves as a member of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee and is also a member of the prestigious Calusa Chapter of the American Inns of Court were he serves as a Barrister. Mr. Bosseler is licensed to practice law in Florida’s State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Bosseler is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction given to less than 2% of all the attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. This certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar in the area of Civil Trial litigation.
Mr. Bosseler has also been honored with the prestigious "AV Preeminent" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the paramount national publication in the legal field. Recently, Mr. Bosseler obtained the largest verdict in Hendry County history on a wrongful death case.
