The Hospital Care Quality Information from the Consumer Perspective (HCAHPS) is a report that provides Volusia county residents with actual patient responses to hospital care in Florida. The results are taken from a survey that was randomly distributed to recently discharged patients from numerous hospitals, including FLORIDA HOSPITAL ORMOND BEACH in Ormond Beach, Florida, and other hospitals in Volusia county. HCAHPS is meant to enable patients and consumers to make well informed healthcare decisions when comparing Florida hospitals.
